Lean Effective Talent Strategies, LLC Promotes Economic Self-Sufficiency of Women with Donation to Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation


{Loveland, OH, December 28th, 2018}Lean Effective Talent Strategies, LLC, a leading provider of talent acquisition consulting and proponent of women helping women succeed, is giving back to the community with a donation of 10% of total sales for 2018 to the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation.

The Women’s Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation leads our community in ensuring the economic self-sufficiency of women in our region and ignites a shared desire to improve it.

Lean Effective Talent Strategies, LLC (LETS) was founded in 2018 in Loveland, Ohio. They provide talent acquisition and recruiting consulting services for small to mid-size companies. Their services include a hiring blueprint where they establish a hiring process that is easy to use, sustainable and focuses on finding the right talent for the organization. Each year, the company will select an organization to be their LETS Giving Recipient who receives a donation of 10% of the sales for the year.
